Allen demonstrated leadership and flair for multi-disciplinary practices and academic commitment.  He established TETRA Architects in 2011.  Allen has been a pioneer among his peers in promoting culture.  He was the Executive Curator for UABB HK 2013, and is currently organizing several exhibitions.  Allen has also been participating in the conservation and community development at Pokfulam Village advocating the integration of sustainability principles and application in community-oriented architecture.  This on-going project has already received world-wide recognitions including World Monuments Fund.  With his perseverance and advocation, the community’s revitalisation proposal has won Government's revitalisation support, which was an exceptional case of “bottom-up” conservation strategy.  This has far reaching effect in setting a precedence for conservation in HK integrating community DNA, which contributes to sustainability for Eco living.
